Sound Waft [2006.01.21]
It's already late but I really want to upload on a Saturday! >_< So, without further ado, here are the songs!Remioromen - Konayuki (mp3)

A very beautiful song. I can't stop listening to it, and I just can't press the "Next" button whenever it plays (although that's rare, since my playlist is flooded with Arashi songs--but that's a different story!). It's beautifully sad. I actually enjoy such a sad song. From the guitar intro to the bridge, it just captivates! OK, no more big words. It's just a really nice song. Kinda heart-wrenching when you think too much about it. The lyrics are great too (even for me who understands so little Japanese XD).

Another song where the guitar intro is so nice. Her voice is also cute and fits the song--which isn't really a surprise since she wrote the song herself ^^ I really like the lyrics of the song too. Kind of an inspirational song, I guess, with a personal touch. The beat is good, a little upbeat. Plus, the PV is pretty~ XD

Hirai Ken - POP STAR (mp3)

I used to kind of hate this song. But I really like it now! It's upbeat, his voice is nice, the lyrics sound good too (although I haven't looked for translations yet), and the PV is fun to watch. Actually, it's the PV that got me hooked. I'll try to upload it (maybe when someone requests for it?), but it's also good as a song. I recommend it (of course, or why would I be putting it here?!).

Jay Chou - Yi Lu Xiang Bei (mp3)

This one's a little slower compared to the previous two (even slower than Konayuki, I think), but it's also a nice song. Although I'm a little doubtful of the lyrics; they kinda have a weird meaning, or I'm not good enough to get the meaning XP Nonetheless, the song is really nice in a sad way. You might like it better if you're a Jay Chou fan or have watched the Initial D movie. I'm neither, but I really like the song already ^_^

Please think this was posted on Saturday, because as I finished typing this post, it's already 12:30 T_T (Actually I watched Pop Jam on NHK--and missed Takki and Tsubasa's perf! O_o And realized Heart of Sword is actually TM Revolution's song.)
